      wedding and reception package catered

      by Klaniecki's Catered Weddings, LLC.

          Couples determine the timing and

      sequence of scheduled events.

 

ROSES

     Bridal couple choose 2 colors of roses

         from a florist selection

     Bride's bouquet professionally created

         according to the brides instructions 

         with up to a dozen roses of each color

     Rosebud bouquet attached for bride

         to toss

     Special rose corsage made for bride

     Double rose boutonniere or corsage worn

         by groom and adult guests

     Girls wear corsage and head wreath and

         boys a boutonniere of spray roses

         in the bride's colors

     Flower girl will carry a basket of rose 

         petals to toss before the bride as

         she passes loved ones to join her

         groom before the wedding arch

     Wedding arch decorated with roses in 

         bride's colors

     Wedding guests sit on benches with

         double rose bouquets in bud vases

         fastened to the end where the bride 

         will pass

     Newlyweds choose a bud vase, to keep,

         for their double rose bouquet

     Women guests will have the rose 

         bouquets from the benches placed

         next to them during the reception

     Table bouquets, with 3 roses in each

         color, will be placed on all serving 

         and eating tables

     Every rose bouquet will be placed 

         on a doily

     All bouquets will be prepared for drying

         and travel before given to the 

         newlyweds and their guests as a 

         reminder of this special day

 

     Groom and wedding guests share a

         glass of bubbly, once the guests

         have arrived and the bride is ready,

         before the guests are escorted 

         to their seats

 

      WEDDING ARCH

         Selected arch placed where couple

           want view of gardens and mountains

           framing their marriage ceremony 

         Dozens of roses will cross its top and

           trail down sides

         Large bouquets in tall vases will stand

           on both sides

         Seated guests will admire newlyweds

           framed by roses

 

     TOASTING GOBLETS

          Newlyweds raise toasting goblets in

            response to Congratulatory toasts

            by family and friends

          Couple choose a pair of stemmed 

            goblets, to use and keep, from a

            varied selection

          Guests toast with stemmed goblets

 

     WEDDING CERTIFICATE 

           Newlyweds choose which certificate

             they want to commemorate

             their marriage

           Various styles and sizes available

             to complete, frame, and display

 

     WEDDING CAKE

           Cake professionally decorated from

             instructions by couple

           Top layer put aside and packaged

           Flavor choices from bakery

           Wedding cake displayed on a special

             serving plate, placed on a doily on

             a tissue covered table

           Cake knife and server couple choose

             to use and keep will be set beside 

             cake

           Etched glass dessert plates, dessert

             forks, and embossed napkins,

             reserved for slices of wedding cake

             will be arranged on the table

           Beverage served in stemmed goblets

           Cake not eaten will be packaged

 

    GROOMS CAKE

       Every adult receive a cheese cake from

            a selection chosen by couple

       Every child receive a happy cake,

            individually decorated 

       All cakes 3" in diameter 

       Each cake wrapped and bagged with

            ice packs and distributed as

            guests leave

 

    GUEST BOOK

       Wedding guests sign their names

            and write personal messages to the

            newlyweds in a book selected from

            a variety of styles

 

     WEDDING GIFTS

        Special tables will be arranged to

            display wedding presents 

 

    WEDDING MUSIC

       Couple welcome to prepare music or 

         have guest provide music

       CD's of classical wedding music and

         well known musicians playing flute and

         lute, harp and guitar will be available

       Type of music played must reflect the

         peaceful atmosphere of the gardens

       Volume of any music must respect the 

         peace and quiet of neighborhood 

 

    TRADITIONAL ACTIVITIES

       Toss Good Luck rice or dried flowers

       Blow Goodwill bubbles
