    Committed lovers, celebrate your

marriage with a delightfully catered

wedding and reception at

KATKA MTN PEACE GARDENS in the

mountains of north Idaho.

    Couple the celebration of your

life long commitment to each other 

with helping establish peace gardens

that can be enjoyed by generations

of your grandchildren.

    KATKA MTN PEACE GARDENS is a

mosaic of stone bordered flower beds

enhancing the peaceful energy dwelling 

in a mountain meadow resting on the 

forested slopes of Katka Mountain.

    Flowers, herbs, and rose bushes

share beds with river driftwood

standing tall and glacier rolled stones

standing alone.

    Katka is one of 3 mountains

comprising the southern end of the

Percell Range.  They face the 

Selkirk Range and overlook a valley

of grain and the Kootenai  River.

    Ringed by mountains and resting 

on a glacier molded slope framed

by forested foothills, KATKA MTN

PEACE GARDENS will provide 

a beautiful setting for your

marriage celebration.

    Each wedding and reception will be 

individually catered by Klaniecki's 

Catered Weddings, LLC with a

catering package that features roses,

a wedding cake and certificate,

guest book, and a buffet meal.

    Each bride will carry a bouquet of

roses in 2 of her favorite colors

as she joins her groom

before a rose draped arch

in front of their seated guests.

    Newlyweds will respond to

Congratulatory Toasts of wedding

guests by raising the toasting goblets

they choose to use and keep.

    A Wedding cake will have been

decorated specifically for them.

    A Grooms cake will be given

to the newlyweds and every guest

attending the celebration.

    Newlyweds and adult guests will

receive a pair of votive candle holders,

with candles, as Favors.

    Children are welcomed with special

favors and activities, fun food, and

a safety monitor for preschoolers.

    Pets are also welcome but families

need to make sure they can not dash

off into the forest after "something".

    A generous buffet meal will be served 

using cut glass plates and bowls set on 

tables decorated with rose bouquets 

and clustered under ribbon and bow 

bedecked pavilions. Guests will sit 

under umbrellas and eat at

glass topped tables with a rose table

bouquet.  They will enjoy as many

servings as thy wish on glass salad dishes.

    Drink refreshments feature specialty 

coffees and a selection of teas, juices,

and sodas.  Ice cream punch, and

blended drinks will be served.

    Regional champagne, wine, and beer

can be included.

    Supplies for traditional activities like

tossing good luck rice, blowing goodwill

bubbles, and decorating the

newlyweds vehicle are part of this 

catering package.

    Recreational activities include

lawn and table games, art and craft

projects, and a relaxing atmosphere.

    Comfort for the wedding party is 

assured with comfortable tables and

chairs, a wide selection of food and 

drink, convenient restrooms, a bride's

dressing room, and lots of staff.

    The Deluxe package features a

lovely selection of bridal gown 

accessories for the bride to wear and

keep.  Newlyweds will fill a basket 

with regional bath supplies and choose

a pair of decorator candles.  Chocolate

truffles and bars and 15 different bath

and chocolate Favors with natural

sponges and brushes will please 

adults.  Children will be delighted with

special gifts and favors.

     Weddings with receptions will be

catered, one a weekend, from early

April through mid October.  Couples 

are welcome to celebrate from

noon until 10PM.

    KATKA PEACE GARDENS  is located

7 miles east of Bonners Ferry, ID and

has easy access and convenient

parking.
